Qualifications

• Active State Life & Health Insurance License or plan to obtain quickly.
• Comfort presenting to clients via live video platforms.
• Strong self-discipline and organizational habits for a work-from-home setting.
• Empathetic listener with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive to own personal career growth and daily production.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to warm prospects and leads using digital platforms.
• Lead virtual consultations to tailor life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies.
• Walk clients through application, underwriting, and policy approval processes.
• Provide long-term support with periodic policy reviews as family needs evolve.
• Participate in weekly strategy huddles, product training, and development workshops.
