Qualifications

Active State Life & Health Insurance license (or get quickly)
High comfort presenting to clients over live video platforms
Strong self-discipline and organizational habits for a work-from-home setup
Empathetic listener with excellent verbal communication and client focus

Responsibilities

Proactively connect with warm prospects and leads using digital platforms.
Conduct virtual consultations to tailor life insurance, IUL, and annuity solutions.
Guide clients through applications, medical underwriting, and policy approval processes.
Perform periodic policy reviews to adapt coverage as priorities evolve.
Participate in weekly strategy huddles and training sessions.
