The Mank Agency is seeking licensed life insurance agents to consult with clients and secure coverage using our lead system. You will virtually meet clients, manage policy paperwork, and maintain accurate records while participating in mentorship and training sessions.

Qualifications

• Hold life insurance license and NPN in good standing.
• Demonstrate coachability and high integrity.
• Proven ability to build internal and external relationships.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for client management.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to secure life insurance coverage based on needs.
• Virtually meet with individuals seeking info via our lead system.
• Manage sales admin tasks including docs and client records.
• Attend team calls, mentorships, and training sessions.
