Qualifications

• Active life insurance producer license required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling life insurance remotely by phone.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a daily schedule independently.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and coaching.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients interested in life insurance solutions.
• Conduct phone-based consultations to determine coverage needs.
• Educate clients on Final Expense, Mortgage Protection, Term Life, Whole Life, and other options.
• Provide personalized coverage recommendations based on client needs.
• Assist clients through the application and underwriting process.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients.
• Utilize provided sales technology and carrier platforms.
• Participate in ongoing training, team development, and carrier education.
• Maintain professional and compliant sales practices.
