Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing.
- Proficient with digital tools, CRM, and virtual video hosting.
- Self-motivated, focused, and able to work independently from home.
- Interest in advancing to agency leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients via digital platforms.
- Present life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from consultation to underwriting and policy delivery.
- Foster long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and reviews.
- Participate in daily training and leadership coaching sessions.
