Job summary

The Dinwiddie Agency within Symmetry Financial Group is growing and seeks driven individuals to learn, build, and inspire while helping families protect loved ones. You’ll work remotely, consult on life insurance needs, and leverage a proven leads program with mentorship and training.

Expect 1099 contractor status with commissions, part- or full-time potential, and uncapped income in a culture-focused organization serving clients nationwide.

Qualifications

• Licensed to sell life insurance and have an NPN.
• Coachable, with high integrity and work ethic.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful.
• Able to build and nurture client relationships.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Consult with potential and current clients to secure life insurance coverage.
• Virtually meet with individuals via our lead system (no cold calls).
• Handle sales admin, documentation, policy processing, and records.
• Join team calls, mentorship sessions, and training (virtual or in-person).
