Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is seeking life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote sales role. You’ll join a proven system that helped scale to a 40M/year agency, with performance-based compensation including commissions and bonuses.

You’ll meet with clients virtually, educate families on protection strategies, and build lasting client relationships while developing your sales skills through ongoing training and mentorship.

• Manage your sales pipeline and keep accurate client records.
• Engage in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.
• Maintain professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
