Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote role. You’ll earn industry-leading compensation through commissions and performance-based bonuses, leveraging a proven sales system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide.

This position is U.S.-only with a flexible schedule. You’ll meet with clients virtually, educate families on life insurance products, and manage your pipeline while maintaining the required state life insurance license.

Qualificações

• Must hold a state life insurance license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to pursue ongoing sales training.

Responsabilidades

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Educate families on life insurance products.
• Present solutions and close sales based on client needs.
• Manage your sales pipeline and client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
