Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term, fully remote sales role. You will earn commissions and bonuses, participate in training, and work with a proven system used by 1,000+ agents nationwide.

Responsibilities include meeting clients virtually, educating families on life insurance, building relationships, and maintaining accurate records while maintaining licenses. U.S. only, flexible schedule, performance-based compensation.

• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
