- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn from mentors and improve sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to warm leads and prospective clients using digital channels.
- Host interactive video consultations to assess needs and present tailored financial protection plans.
- Guide clients through application processing and underwriting with carrier partners.
- Maintain ongoing relationships to update policies as family milestones occur.
- Participate in daily team huddles and masterclass workshops to sharpen skills.
