• Engage with warm, pre-qualified leads
• Conduct virtual consultations by phone or video
• Present life insurance, IULs, and annuities solutions
• Educate clients on financial protection and wealth-building
• Guide clients through their decisions and close sales
• Manage full sales lifecycle from first contact to close
• Maintain client records in CRM
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and referrals
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance benchmarks
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching
