Job summary

Stratford Davis LLC in the United States is seeking Account Sales Representatives for our fully remote sales team. You will help individuals secure their financial future through Life Insurance, Indexed Universal Life, and Annuities, all from home.

Expect autonomy, flexible scheduling, and a performance-based income. You’ll work with warm, pre-qualified leads, build trusted relationships, and conduct needs analyses with virtual presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales is helpful but not required; comprehensive training provided.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote environment.
• Self-motivated with ownership of results.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Willingness to learn about Life Insurance, IULs, and Annuities.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through important financial decisions—all from home.
• Connect virtually with pre-qualified, warm leads (no cold calling!).
• Build trust and long-term relationships through consultative conversations.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor personalized solutions.
• Deliver virtual presentations on Life Insurance, IULs, and Annuities.
• Manage the client journey from initial contact to policy implementation.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline to track client interactions.
