Qualifications

• A sincere desire to help families and individuals feel confident about their financial future.
• Warm, clear communication skills and the ability to listen before you recommend.
• Self-discipline and strong time management in a work-from-home setting.
• An active Life & Health license, or the willingness to obtain one.
• A coachable, goal-driven attitude; prior sales or finance experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hold virtual consultations by phone and video to learn about each client's family needs, savings, and concerns.
• Explain financial protection options such as life insurance, Indexed Universal Life (IUL), and annuity strategies in plain, easy-to-understand language.
• Build personalized recommendations that match each client's goals and budget.
• Support clients through applications and follow-ups so every step feels simple and stress-free.
• Keep accurate notes in our CRM and stay in touch with clients through regular reviews and referrals.
