Job summary

American Income Life / Globe Life is seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals for a 100% remote life insurance sales role. You will make warm calls, assess members' needs, and guide them through licensing and licensing requirements with ongoing support and mentorship.

Training, licensing guidance, and advancement opportunities are provided, with weekly pay and an emphasis on professional growth in a flexible, home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset.
• Must be able to obtain Life & Health Insurance License.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Making daily warm sales calls from our large membership database.
• Identifying the financial needs of our members and translating the importance and benefits of supplemental benefits products.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain retention.
• Maintain ongoing communication with members throughout the application process, providing updates, addressing concerns, and offering support as needed.
• Provide ongoing support after policies are in place, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance.
• Adhere to all regulatory requirements and ethical standards governing the sale and servicing of life insurance policies.
