Job summary

Symetra invites you to join us as a Customer Solutions Specialist. You will serve as a resource for inbound calls from policyholders and beneficiaries, advising on life insurance and annuity products, and guiding opportunities for additional coverage.

You will work without an active agent and may collaborate with internal teams to improve service. This role requires needs-based analysis, product knowledge, and the ability to communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Licensing not required but willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Advise policyholders and beneficiaries on existing products and opportunities.
• Perform needs-based analyses and evaluate suitability of life insurance and annuity products.
• Submit and track new applications; maintain ongoing communication with customers annually.
