Taubman Financial Management is recruiting Life & Annuity Sales Agents for a 100% remote, independent-contractor role. There is no base salary; income is commission-based and uncapped, with training and mentorship available.

You’ll work with warm leads and guide clients to the right life insurance and annuity options, choosing to operate solo or lead a small team to build passive income and financial security.

• No experience necessary - we'll train you from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• As a Life & Annuity Sales Agent, you'll speak with people who’ve already reached out wanting information on life insurance and annuities - no prospecting or cold outreach required.
• Your job is to guide them through their options and help them find the right coverage for their families and financial futures.
• You can choose your own path: work independently as a top-producing agent, or build and lead a team - creating passive income that builds lasting financial security for you and your family.
