Job summary

Taubman Financial Management is seeking driven Life & Annuity Sales Agents to join our remote team. You’ll guide clients who reach out about life insurance and annuities, helping them find coverage for their families and financial futures in a 100% commission, 1099 contractor role.

You can work independently or build and lead a team, with mentorship from a seasoned veteran, comprehensive training, and discounted access to pre-licensing courses to help you obtain your license.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
• Willing to obtain life insurance license in resident state.
• No experience required—training provided.

Responsibilities

• Speak with clients who have requested information on life insurance and annuities.
• Guide clients through options to find the right coverage for their families.
• Operate as an independent contractor (1099) with no base salary.
• Option to build and lead a team for passive income.
