Job summary

Taubman Financial Management is seeking motivated Life & Annuity Sales Agents to join our remote, 100% commission team. You’ll work with warm leads, guide clients through life insurance and annuity options, and build your own income potential without a fixed salary.

We provide mentorship from a 30-year veteran, comprehensive training, and discounted access to pre-licensing courses to help you get licensed quickly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 4 years post-highschool graduation.
• U.S. citizen or legal resident, willing to obtain life insurance license.
• No experience necessary — training provided.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have reached out for information on life insurance and annuities.
• Guide clients through options and help them find the right coverage for their families and financial futures.
• Option to work independently as a top-producing agent or build and lead a team creating passive income.
