Taubman Financial Management is seeking driven individuals to join our fully remote team selling life insurance and annuities — 100% commission with uncapped income potential and no base salary.

As a Life & Annuity Sales Agent, you will speak with people who have already reached out for information, guide them to the right coverage, and have the option to build a team or operate as a top producer with mentorship and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 4 years post-high school graduation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident, and willing to obtain a life insurance license in your resident state.
• No experience necessary — we'll train you from the ground up.
• Excellent communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Speak with people who have reached out for information on life insurance and annuities.
• Guide clients through options to find the right coverage for their families’ futures.
• Work as an independent producer or build a team to create passive income.
