Job summary

Adjuvant Behavior Health Inc. is seeking an empathetic licensed clinical social worker to join a nationwide oncological behavioral health team in a fully remote role.

The position offers pay of $60-62 per hour, requires a Master’s degree, 2 years of professional counseling experience, and a West Virginia LICSW license; telehealth experience preferred. Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Two years of professional level experience in a counselor setting.
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in West Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Counsel clients individually and/or in family sessions.
• Accept referrals and maintain a client load (minimum 18 hours per week).
• Develop and implement treatment plans with SMART goals.
• Maintain client-related paperwork including diagnostic records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with staff to perform clinical assessments and plan care.
• Refer patients to community resources or specialists as needed.
• Stay updated on new counseling developments by reading professional literature.
