Job summary

Daybreak Health is hiring licensed California clinicians to deliver teletherapy to adolescents and adults ages 11–60 from a fully remote setting. You’ll join a mission to improve access to mental health care and support a diverse caseload with robust clinical supervision and streamlined intake processes.

We offer a tiered per-session pay model ($75–$90) with training stipends, paid onboarding, and malpractice insurance.

Qualifications

• Licensed CA clinician (LCSW/LPCC/LMFT/LP) required.
• Experience with youth and adults 11–60 in clinical or school settings.
• Telehealth experience and comfort with virtual care.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults 11–60.
• Foster therapeutic relationships and psychoeducation for caregivers.
• Collaborate with clinical team and manage caseload via Daybreak Health processes.
