Job summary

Daybreak Health is recruiting licensed therapists to provide fully remote teletherapy to adolescents and adults aged 11–60 across California. The role offers a tiered per-session pay of $75–$95 with a straightforward intake flow, onboarding stipend, bilingual session differential, and ongoing CE credits.

Qualifications

Licensed professional with LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP credentials in California.
Demonstrated passion for mental health and culturally responsive care.
Experience working with youth and adults aged 11–60 in clinical or school settings.
Comfortable providing telehealth services.

Responsibilities

Foster strong, supportive relationships with clients to create a safe therapeutic environment.
Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to adolescents and adults 11–60 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions.
Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers.
