Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from your own home while delivering high-quality care across the United States.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary in the $69k–$76k range, with total earning potential up to $100k for top earners through bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master's degree and licensure in a mental health field.
• Unrestricted United States work authorization; no visa sponsorship needed.
• Home workspace compliant with HIPAA and patient privacy.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy via telehealth.
• Adhere to Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts; options 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm CT.
