Job summary

Brave Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our fully remote telehealth program for outpatient services. You will deliver therapy from your home, adhere to HIPAA, and support a diverse patient population across the United States.

We offer a competitive base salary ranging $69k–$76k with total earnings up to $100k including bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities. Mon-Fri, no weekends.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a mental health field and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Private home workspace with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health therapy via telehealth.
• Maintain client goals and treatment plans with clients.
• Collaborate with patients to improve health outcomes; document and assess progress.
