Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians in Idaho to provide telehealth therapy to a broad client base. You’ll maintain a minimum of 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability, offering services to individuals, couples, and children while delivering evidence-based care.

As a clinician-led organization, Thriveworks supports tooling, credentialing, scheduling, and marketing so you can focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Idaho (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD)
• Available for minimum 15 sessions with 20 hours of weekly availability
• General behavioral health clinician open to diverse clients (couples/children)
• Invested in measurable progress for clients
• Comfort with telehealth and EHR tools
• Collaborative team member in a clinical community

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy to clients across Idaho
• Deliver evidence-based care and monitor client progress
• Collaborate with team and participate in supervision/case consultations
• Maintain documentation and use EHR tools for notes and scheduling
• Contribute to a supportive clinical community at Thriveworks
