Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care via telehealth to clients across Idaho. You must be independently licensed (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) and available for at least 15 sessions weekly with 20 hours of availability.

We support you with credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training to build a full caseload within 90 days. As a W2 employee, you’ll receive guaranteed pay for completed sessions, 401(k) matching, PTO, CEU reimbursement, and

Qualificações

• Independently licensed and living in Idaho — LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
