Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are hiring LMHCs, LICSWs, or LMFTs to join as 1099 contractors with appointment autonomy and no minimum caseloads. Earn $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed payment every two weeks and protection for no-shows and denied claims.

You control your schedule and receive admin support for billing and insurance tasks. Rula provides credentialing assistance, dedicated support, and a growing therapist community with case

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT/LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMHC telehealth sessions for clients.
• Maintain session notes in the EHR; documentation required.
• Coordinate with admin for billing, claims, and scheduling.
