Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. We are seeking LMHCs (and equivalent licenses) to join as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes), with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. You decide how many clients to see, while Rula handles billing, claims, and the EHR.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC and have a valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.
