Rula is expanding its network of licensed behavioral health providers in Washington and across the United States. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

The compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations. New providers receive fast-tracked credentialing with insurance partners, flexible scheduling, and full administrative support

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.
