Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and offers a telehealth-based behavioral health solution with flexible scheduling. Providers are 1099 contractors with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads.

Compensation includes $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and denials. Rula provides admin support and a focused referral system to fill calendars.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMHC, LMFT or LICSW.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions with clients in Washington.
• Maintain session notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Coordinate with admin for insurance enrollment and scheduling.
