Job summary

Backpack Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Arizona program on a part-time, fully remote basis. An active AZ license (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) and experience with children, teens, and families are required, with bilingual English/Spanish preferred. The role offers a flexible schedule and a monthly bonus potential based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona license: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families or strong interest.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducting clinical assessments.
• Developing individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Providing individual and family therapy through secure telehealth.
• Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team.
• Providing family education and care coordination.
• Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Building meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
• Delivering culturally responsive care that recognizes each family's unique needs.
