Job summary

Ascend Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Therapist or Counselor to provide remote counseling to patients through telemedicine for Arizona-based partners. The role requires an active AZ license (or willingness to obtain) and a primary residence in AZ; evenings hours encouraged.

This fully remote position offers a starting salary of $80,000–$90,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, PTO, and a yearly CEU stipend.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence (Arizona)
• Willingness to work in a remote environment and evenings
• Arizona license in addition to holding an active license in state of primary residence

Responsibilities

• Provide remote counseling and therapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, etc.)
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
• Conduct crisis intervention and participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team
• Engage in ongoing supervision and continuing education
• Provide case management to support recovery and community reintegration
• Perform other duties as assigned
