Job summary

A leading recruitment firm is seeking licensed mental health professionals for a remote clinical role as Independent Contractors. This position allows flexibility with private practice while providing administrative support from an established organization. Candidates must hold an active Washington State license and be available for at least two clinical days per week. Competitive compensation includes a 60/40 pay split and a $1,000 completion bonus after 30 billable therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active, non-pending license in the State of Washington.
• Must be available for a minimum of two clinical days per week.
• Be available to begin work within approximately 30 days after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical work as Independent Contractors for the organization.
• Complete credentialing as part of the onboarding process.
