• Collaborate with Brightside psychiatric providers and therapists on treatment planning.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy via synchronous live video for adult clients.
• Monitor and adjust treatment plans using symptom self-assessments and functional metrics.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using the therapist portal to reduce admin work.
• Leverage support from the Therapy Leadership Team to improve clinical outcomes.
