Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed behavioral health providers. We are seeking LMHCs, LMFTs, or LICSWs to join our telehealth program with full schedule autonomy and client referrals.

As a contractor, you’ll deliver telehealth sessions, manage notes, and rely on Rula for billing, EHR, and claims support. Credentialing with insurance partners is accelerated, with biweekly payments and no minimum caseload.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI number required.
• Must hold a Washington state license.
• Ability to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth behavioral health sessions.
• Maintain session notes and documentation in EHR.
• Coordinate credentialing with insurance partners.
• Schedule autonomy with client referrals managed by Rula.
