Qualifications

• Valid NPI number required.
• Must be licensed to practice in Washington state.
• Must be able to provide telehealth services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth sessions to clients.
• Complete accurate session notes in the EHR.
• Maintain flexible scheduling and client referrals with autonomy.
