Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed behavioral health providers. This is a 1099 contractor role with complete schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads; you decide how many clients to see.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed payments every two weeks and protection for no-shows, late cancellations, and denied claims. Telehealth is required and in-person sessions eligible for a small bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMHC, LMFT or LICSW
• Valid NPI and WA licensure
• Ability to provide telehealth services

Responsibilities

• Provide behavioral health sessions to clients via telehealth in Washington
• Maintain session notes and documentation for EHR billing
• Collaborate with Rula support teams for referrals and credentialing
