Rula Health is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians, offering LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT opportunities as independent 1099 contractors with full schedule autonomy. You provide telehealth sessions and client care, while Rula handles billing, claims, EHR, and insurance enrollment.

Compensation is $80 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed biweekly direct deposits and no-show protections. This role supports flexible in-person or remote work with credentialing support and referral

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LMFT, LICSW or LMHC license.
• Ability to provide telehealth sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy sessions to clients via telehealth per schedule autonomy.
• Manage documentation, notes, and client care while Rula handles billing and admin.
• Engage in credentialing support and participate in provider referrals.
