Job summary

Talkspace is expanding its network of licensed mental health providers. This remote role allows independently licensed clinicians to see clients without a fixed caseload and to work from anywhere in the USA.

Providers will receive client referrals, help with scheduling, and access HIPAA-compliant AI tools to prepare for sessions and draft notes. Compensation is session-based with bonuses based on engagement and client volume.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent).
• Individual malpractice insurance.
• Residence in the USA.
• NPI and CAQH numbers required before seeing clients.
• Experience with teens, couples, military members or women's health is a bonus.
