Job summary

Talkspace is seeking licensed mental health clinicians to join our remote network as independent contractors. Providers can manage their own schedules and maintain existing clients while offering 60-minute live sessions online.

Compensation varies by state and session length, with 60-minute sessions reimbursed $70–$90 and shorter sessions prorated. Access to a HIPAA-compliant AI assistant and our Provider Help Center supports documentation and case management.

Qualifications

• Independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT, or a variant)
• Individual malpractice insurance
• Residence in the USA
• NPI and CAQH numbers (required before seeing clients)
• Experience with teens, couples, military members or women’s health issues is a bonus
