Position: Licensed Clinical Therapist / Independent Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities include treating diverse mental health conditions, providing individual and family therapy, conducting psychiatric evaluations, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will have the flexibility to work remotely anywhere within the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outpatient psychiatric evaluations and provide psychotherapy.
2. Assess patients for mental health and substance abuse disorders.
3. Apply evidence-based treatment approaches like CBT and DBT.
4. Monitor treatment response and clinical symptoms.
5. Build strong provider-patient relationships and coordinate care.
6. Represent the practice in community presentations.
7. Maintain electronic medical records in Athena.

Required Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field.
2. Active, unrestricted license (Full LICSW) in Massachusetts.
3. Eligible for Medicare provider enrollment or able to terminate opt-out prior to start.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. 2+ years post-Master's clinical experience.
2. Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and families.
3. Proficiency with electronic health records (Excel, Outlook, Athena).
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

The role offers a salary range of $59,500 to $116,600 annually, based on experience and other factors. Benefits include comprehensive healthcare, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401(k).
