Job summary

Seasoned Recruitment seeks a licensed mental health professional to deliver evidence-based psychotherapy remotely to a nationwide client base. You will manage your own caseload, receive full administrative and billing support, and operate from a private HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities include conducting therapy sessions (individuals/camilies/couples), completing documentation in the EHR, and tailoring treatments with CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic approaches to client needs.

Qualifications

• Active clinical licensure in an US state (LCSW/LMFT/LPC/LMHC/PsyD/PhD).
• Active NPI number and clean background check.
• Reliable high-speed internet and private HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, couples, or family) via secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Complete clinical documentation, intake assessments, and treatment plans in an integrated EHR.
• Apply modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy tailored to client needs.
