Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered state license for independent clinical practice (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD).
• Credentials: Active NPI number and clean background check.
• Setup: Reliable high-speed internet, computer with camera/microphone, and a private, HIPAA-compliant workspace.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (individual, couples, or family) via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform.
• Complete clinical documentation, intake assessments, and treatment plans in an integrated EHR.
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or psychodynamic therapy tailored to client needs.
