Qualifications

• Must hold a valid, unrestricted license.
• Experience with evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.).
• Comfortable navigating EHR systems and video conferencing tools.
• A private, quiet, and professional space to conduct confidential sessions.
• The self-motivation to manage your own caseload and administrative requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based individual (and/or group/couples) therapy via a secure HIPAA-compliant platform.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Manage your own calendar and client volume based on personal capacity.
