Job summary

Progress Valley, Inc. seeks a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to provide outpatient mental health services on a contracted (1099) basis.

The role offers flexible scheduling and the ability to deliver high-quality, person-centered care within Minnesota DHS guidelines and MHCP policies, including potential telehealth options. Core duties include therapy, diagnostic assessment, consultation, and possibly psychological testing depending on training and interest.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program.
• Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota, in good standing.
• Eligibility to enroll and credential with DHS and applicable payers.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinical responsibilities as a contractor.
• Ability to pass DHS Rule 11 background study.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services consistent with clinical training and licensure.
• Maintain mutually agreed service hours and caseload commitments as per contract.
• Conduct diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and psychotherapy as appropriate.
• Coordinate with external providers and care teams to promote integrated care.
• Deliver telehealth and in-person services per Minnesota DHS guidelines.
