Job summary

Progress Valley, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to provide outpatient mental health services as a contracted 1099 provider. The role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to deliver person-centered care in a clinic operating under Minnesota standards.

Duties include therapy, diagnostic assessment, consultation, and potential testing within licensure guidelines. The LP will work independently, delivering services via in-person or telehealth modalities and aligning with MHCP

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota, in good standing.
• Eligibility to enroll and credential with DHS.
• Ability to practice independently as a contractor.
• Pass DHS Rule 11 background check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outpatient mental health services in line with clinical training and licensure.
• Maintain agreed-upon client service hours; manage scheduling and documentation.
• Assess mental health needs and coordinate with external providers and care teams.
• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups as appropriate.
• Coordinate with related systems to support treatment goals; ensure ethical, compliant care.
