Job summary

Progress Valley, Inc. seeks a Licensed Psychologist (LP) to deliver outpatient mental health services on a contracted basis. The role supports flexible scheduling and operates under Minnesota MH Uniform Service Standards and MHCP policies.

The LP will provide diagnostics, therapy, consultations, and potential testing within licensure and contract terms, serving clients via clinic and telehealth per DHS requirements.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited program.
• Licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota, in good standing.
• Eligibility to enroll and credential with DHS and applicable payers.
• Ability to practice independently and manage clinical responsibilities as a contractor.
• Ability to pass DHS Rule 11 background study.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient mental health services including diagnostic assessments and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with external providers and treatment teams to coordinate care.
• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups as appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EHR and comply with payer requirements.
• Offer telehealth and in-person services within Minnesota DHS guidelines.
