Fontana Psychological Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated Remote Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our virtual therapy team. This full-time role offers the flexibility to work from home while serving a diverse client base across the nation.

You will provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families, conduct intake assessments, and maintain compliant EHR documentation. A PA LPC license and a master’s degree are required, with expertise in CBT/DBT and trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPC credential in Pennsylvania.
• Master's in Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms or willingness to train.
• Strong organizational skills for flexible scheduling.
• Expertise in CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care.
• Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples and families.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system.
• Apply evidence-based practices and culturally competent care.
• Participate in optional virtual team meetings for professional development.
• Adhere to PA LPC regulations and professional ethical standards.
