BetterHelp is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide remote therapy to adults, couples, or teens. You’ll work from a private, professional space with reliable internet, setting your own schedule while receiving weekly payments and a health benefit stipend.

As a trusted platform, you’ll handle insurance clients, benefit from autonomy in clinical decisions, and connect with a large community of therapists. Requires independent license and US residency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mental health counseling experience.
• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
• Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision.
• U.S. residency, private workspace, reliable internet, and liability insurance.
• A private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication.
• Must have professional liability insurance.
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Currently residing in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to adults, couples, or teens.
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.
