Qualifications
- Licensed MI State Property & Casualty license required.
- Proven commissioned sales experience with a strong work history and performance track record.
- Outgoing personality – you never meet a stranger!
- Passionate about helping people protect what matters most.
- Strong prospecting and networking skills to generate and close leads.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and network to generate new business.
- Develop referral partnerships with local professionals.
- Assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
- Educate potential clients on the importance of proper coverage.
